If you purchased a ticket in any agency or various online sites, you should contact the agency where you purchased the ticket to return. The agency will forward your request. The airline will consider the application and in case of consent the agency will refund you the amount;

LIGHT and STANDARD tariff tickets are non-refundable;
FLEXI tariff tickets are refundable with fine;
