Children under 5 years old must travel with their parent, guardian, or authorized adult. For children aged 5-11 we offer an ‘Unaccompanied Minors’ service. Children older than 12 may travel unaccompanied but may also make use of the Unaccompanied Minor service.

UMs from 5 to 11 years: Any available class, adult fare (child or youth fare is not applicable). No additional charges for UM service.
UMs from 12 to 18 years: Any available class, adult fare (youth fare is not applicable).
UM fee for all Georgian Airways flights 30EUR per flight.
Georgian Airways allows the transportation of dogs and cats both in the passenger cabin and in the hold of the aircraft.

Pets in the passenger cabin
Total weight of the animal and the container must not exceed 6kg/18lbs, the dimensions 55x35x20. We do not provide containers, please bring your own.
Animals in the aircraft hold
Animals exceeding 6kg/18lbs can be accepted in the aircraft hold only.
Please notify us at the time of booking of the combined weight and the dimensions of the kennel.
The animal shall only be carried in a kennel which meets the specifications of IATA (International Air Transport Association).
The requirements of the container:
Copies of valid health documents in English must be attached to the kennel in an envelope.
Georgian Airways may refuse transportation if the above requirements are not met.
Charges for the transportation of animals in the passenger cabin and the aircraft hold
Transportation of animals is not included in the free baggage allowance.
Normal excess baggage charges apply for the combined weight.
Service animals
A service animal is a guide dog that accompanies a passenger with reduced mobility. The animal must be pre-notified.
The passenger must hold a certificate that proves the status of 'service animal'
Service animals are accepted free of charge.
Georgian Airways accepts expectant mothers in normal health, up to 36 weeks into their pregnancy (i.e. until 4 weeks before expected delivery);
We recommend contacting your doctor, and obtaining a medical certificate before making a reservation.
Acceptance of Passengers with Reduced Mobility depends upon the following factors:
Advance notification
To have sufficient time to make arrangements and inform the departments involved, the booking request must be made 48 hours before departure.
In addition to the regular carry-on baggage allowance, a PRM may take a wheelchair, crutches, braces or other mobility aid device free of charge.
No medical clearance or special forms are required for those passengers who only need special assistance in the airport and/or for embarkation/disembarkation.
Passengers being deaf or blind;
Passengers who do not need special assistance during flight, provided the need for a wheelchair is not a result of a medical condition (e.g. need for wheelchair because of old age, comfort, etc.),
Passengers provided the need of a wheelchair is not result of a medical condition, which would qualify the passenger as a MEDA case.
