Article 20 - Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise stated in these Conditions of Carriage, or in the Convention or in any other applicable laws, any dispute regarding the contract of carriage between a passenger and the Carrier shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Law of Tbilisi, Georgia, with the exclusion of any other Court of Law.
